No Refunds Due to Buyer's Remorse

Our online shop is only able to offer refunds for damaged or mislabeled products, not for buyer's remorse. Buyer's remorse may include, but is not limited to, buying the wrong color, wrong size, wrong item, not having realized something about the product, etc. 

No Size Exchanges

Our products are created at your demand. You, the customer, must verify the size chart of any item you wish to purchase, prior to purchasing it, in order to be absolutely sure that you are ordering the proper size. Our return policy doesn't cover products ordered in the wrong size.

Received as Gift

Our return and refund policy does not cover returns, exchanges, or refunds, for any item that might have been purchased by another person and given to any individual as a gift. Our transaction is with the buyer, not the recipient of any gift, and our policy does not cover any returns, exchanges, or refunds for the reasons listed in this policy. 

Damaged and Mislabeled Items

We pride ourselves on unparalleled product quality. All orders go through a 3-step quality check by our supplier before they are shipped out. However, if a damaged or mislabeled item was accidentally let through the quality control protocols, or was damaged during shipment, we provide a free replacement.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. You, the buyer, must submit a detailed description of the problem and add quality photos where we can see the issue. We will be happy to assist you, follow up with our supplier with a problem report, and reship the product for you. Please note: your report to us cannot be made more than 30 days after you have received the product. 

Returned Items

The return address on our shipments is set, by default, to our supplier's facility. When an item is received as a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to us. Please note: all unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days. - Below, are some policies and clarifications on certain types of returns. 

Due to Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Items Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable). As noted above, all unclaimed returns will get donated to charity after 30 days. You agree to this policy by making any initial purchase from our store. 

Returned by Customer - You, as the customer, must contact us before returning any products. Except for Customers residing in Brazil, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Customers residing in Brazil and regretting a purchase must contact our Customer Service and express their will to return the item within 7 consecutive days after receiving it, providing a picture of the item. The withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

therefore we reserve rights to refuse returns at our sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
